Trupti K. Patel, MD FAAFP is board certified and a fellow in family medicine. She is the owner of SkinVolution Laser Vein & MedSpa. She has practiced all aspects of medicine for over 18 years. She opened her medspa only after investigating and discovering the most amazing and advanced laser technology to help with antiaging.
She has always had a passion for aesthetics, antiaging, and helping people look and feel their best. She dedicates time to continue training and educating herself in not only laser physics but newly emerging techniques and products to compliment her list of services. She is committed to increasing her knowledge and skills.

Dr. Chandrahas Patel
ENDOVASCULAR SURGEON
Dr. Chandrahas Patel is a board-certified Cardiovascular surgeon with specialty training in endovascular surgery, with extensive experience in blocked blood vessels, aneurysms, carotid disease, and prevention. He is on the staff of Arizona Heart Hospital as well as many other hospitals.
Dr. Patel has contributed to several research studies with Johns Hopkins and has published numerous academic research papers. He is actively involved in prestigious meetings such as the Edward B. Diethrich Vascular Surgical Society and belongs to multiple surgical organizations.
Priscilla Loiodici
LASER TECHNICIAN/AESTHETICIAN
Priscilla Loiodici was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. She relocated to Arizona 14 years ago and has never looked back. One of her 5-year goals for herself was to become a Certified Aesthetician & Laser Technician. She achieved this goal in 2021 and is very excited to be a part of the SkinVolution Team. Laser hair removal is what brought her to this industry, but she specializes in customized medical-grade facials tailored to clients’ specific needs. She is passionate about esthetics and loves the difference micro-needling, dermaplaning, and laser treatments make in helping to boost self-esteem and confidence in her clients. She takes great pleasure in helping everyone she encounters at SkinVolution feel confident in their own skin with goal-oriented results.
Janet Brott

As an Arizona native, Janet understands firsthand how our desert climate can affect the skin. Years of sun exposure, dehydration, pigmentation, and environmental stress can leave lasting changes, which is why she is passionate about helping patients restore, protect, and maintain healthy, radiant skin through personalized, results-driven care.
Janet specializes in advanced laser treatments, laser hair reduction, RF microneedling, skin resurfacing, customized facials, chemical peels, and corrective skincare. With experience treating a wide range of skin types and concerns-including acne, acne scarring, sun damage, uneven texture, and signs of aging-she combines clinical precision with an artistic eye to create treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique skin and goals.
Known for her warm, approachable nature, Janet believes the best results begin with listening. She takes the time to educate her patients, answer questions, and build treatment plans that inspire confidence every step of the way. Her goal is for every patient to leave feeling cared for, empowered, and excited about their skin’s transformation.
